Plantar Wart Removal
Plantar wart removal is a huge problem. As it turns out these are one of the most common types of warts found on people’s bodies. Here’s a question I got via email from a girl.
Question:
Heath, what the hell is this thing on my foot that hurts so much? (photo attached) Is this one of those plantar warts? What is it and do wart removal products like the one you use work on these?
Answer:
If it’s on your foot it’s probably a plantar wart and yes I know they are pretty painful. Most of the time these warts start out with a small amount of pain that grows over time. When I first got one I actually thought I had a splinter or something, that’s what it felt like any way but after inspecting my heel pretty closely I couldn’t see anything sliver or piece of wood sticking out.
The pain grew over time and before I knew it I could barely walk on that foot at all. I was limping around like I was injured and just had no idea what it could be. There were definitely bumps on it at this point but I never could have imagined they were plantar warts, aaaah!
I found out they’re really common and easy to get, especially if you work out at a gym and walk around barefoot in the shower area. The virus that causes them is extremely contagious and requires a wart remover to clear the warts, so you have to be careful - can you say flip flops?
Ultimately I looked up plantar wart removal and used the treatment that I talk about and yeah, it worked like a charm. It was a big wart and so it took about 2 weeks to fully go away but after that I was fine. Like I said, I’m no doctor but it definitely sounds like you’re gonna need to look into plantar wart removal.
